Job descriptions:
Assist in monitoring all services provided by Concierge associates and ensure the smooth operation of the Concierge.

Follow the procedures on luggage related matters and ensure the Concierge associates are well followed
Report all irregularities to the immediate supervisor and seek assistance from senior management whenever needed.
Job requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in service industry
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality
