Our client is a world’s premier company specializing in Express Service is now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as Load Control Officer / Flight Planning Officer / Cargo Service Officer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Handle shipment booking enquiries from overseas countries for flight arrangement
- Communicate with other Hubs and Gateways on real time flight and shipment monitoring
- Perform customer service for network tracing and investigation of shipment issues
- Prepare reports and Unit Load Device (ULD) inventory management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma holder or above
- 2 years experience in industry of transportation, logistics, airlines, airport operations or freight forwarding
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good analytical, telephone manner customer services skills
