Job Description:
- Provide full spectrum of professional HR service including C&B administration, recruitment and staff engagement
- Responsible the full set of payroll calculation, retirement/MPF schemes, HR costing report and salaries tax administration
- Perform recruitment activities including job posting, screening candidates, arranging interview, conducting interview and staff on boarding
- Assist in HR policies, employee handbook are compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain attendance & leave records, personnel files and filing system
- Monitor Operation workflows, ensure all procedures comply with company policy
- Follow & execute budget directions from management
- Prepare HR reports on regular basis for management review
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR management/ hospitality/ restaurant management, or related disciplines is required
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the HR management, in F&B/ QSR industry is a plus
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation
- Creative, strong sense in providing high quality service and great attention to details
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and, proficiency in Mandarin would be desirable
- Proficiency in Excel and Chinese word processing
Working Location & Times
- Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
- Working day: Monday – Friday
